Last night we camped in long grass. No walls just a pitched roof. The tarp a cheap 8’x6’ groundsheet. We had enough water, just, and food. The trangia and meths an unnecessary weight as in the end we didn’t use it (worrying about leaving traces of being there other than flattened grass, although we did have the farmer’s permission). Stars overnight and birdsong in the morning. Short hike back to the car.
